Interaction:Works in tandem with Developers and Engineers to implement large-scale projects.
HOA (Homeowners Association)

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of common areas and amenities
- Enforcement of community bylaws
- Event planning and community engagement
Interaction: Collaborates with Developers and Engineers on community-specific projects and amenities.
Developers
These are the individuals or teams involved in creating the software or infrastructure projects. They would work under the guidance of both the CDD and HOA, depending on the project scope
Role: The creative and technical backbone for project initiation, design, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and planning new developments
- Coordinating with CDD for infrastructure projects
- Ensuring projects align with community needs and HOA regulations
Interaction: Reports to CDD and HOA, leads Engineers in project execution.
Engineers
Specialists in various technical fields who work closely with the developers to bring projects to fruition. Their work could involve direct collaboration with both Developers and the CDD/HOA for technical oversight or project implementation.
